Tampa needs penalty kill bodies

Description
The biggest gap Tampa has now is at PK. Colmen and Goodrow were #1 pair and Gourde/rotate were #2. Rookies can't do it and Killorn/Cirelli can't risk injury. With lineup below there is $6M to go get 2 to 3 3rd/4th line vets .. like Paquette with PK experience. Who else is PK specialist UFA? Suggestions?

Barre Boulet's QO is only 750,000 so that saves you another quarter million.

Given Tampa is a Cup favorite every year.. the Tampa model now is to leverage the core 11 with 3 to 4 vets on ST contracts to "win and then go get paid or retire" .. like NE Patriots in NFL. Last 2 years were Shatterkirk Maroon Bogosian etc. .. Tampa has few more assets to trade anymore (can't do Colemen Goodrow and Savard trades every year) .. so UFA success for 3rd line/pair will determine Cup success. Paquette is no brainer ...Corey Perry?

PHI would offer Lindblom, NAK, PHI 1st for Palat and Cernak, saves TB 4mil in cap, but a solid 2LW/3LW and NAK would be an upgrade on Smith on 4th line. Better forward lines, need a RD in TB after this, but space for Rasmus Risto or sign UFA Savard?

No chance they do this Cernak isn't available

Yeah.. Tampa core 11 .. 1st/2nd lines and Vaz are solid and locked for 2021 .. Cernek had by far his best year this year .. offense suddenly arrived .. he could be tracking to be a top 20 NHL D in few years.. Tampa "young 25 core" of Cernek, Point, Vaz, Cirelli and Serg" isn't going anywhere .. vets to leave next are Stamkos and Mc Donough .. incredible Tampa oldest core player is only 32

Only place Stamkos is going is retirement
