Description

1- I think Beauvillier's a great fit in MTL. If NYI can't get a deal done, I think it makes sense to trade him for Lehkonen, which is basicly Beauvillier with a bit less offensive upside and other assets.
2- Poehling had a great year in the AHL and I predict he will crack the lineup this season. A 3rd line chance would be a good opportunity for him;
3- I think MTL can offer an aggressive contract to Hamilton considering Weber's on LTIR and will possibly retire. We'll see.

Somehow, I'd play Drouin with Caufield and Suzuki... it will be the first time in his time with MTL that he actually plays with talented line-mates... It can only be great.

Pagnotta doesn't know anything. He just makes general claims for clicks.

And even if he did, he's just stating MTL"enquired" about Beauvillier (well duh) . He's very carefull not to say he is on the market or Lou is shopping him.

Don’t get le wrong, I love the ldea. I wish that rumor was serious.

Actually, My favorite version was an 6.5M+ offer sheet with NYI in cap hell, but Lou did too god of a job about clearing cap space, probably with the objective of keeping Beauvilier... Soooo not happening, twice.

I'm just always challenging claims about "rumors", to keep click bait trash out of CF.
