Buffalo is laying an egg on eichel. The fact no teams are getting access to his medical records it’s just dropping his value further and further.

He won’t command boldy and rossi and 2 1sts. It’s honestly a pipe dream. I get he’s your shiny toy and you want the word for him, but no team will make that trade.

Personally I want the wild to avoid eichel unless there’s huge retention because they can’t build a contender with his 10m cap hit. Realistic return for him would be fiala, one of rossi/boldy 1st and then cap balancing or was 5m retained. Anything worse than that the wild should walk.

I agree that teams not having access to his medical records is hurting his value but his is skating and is said to be feeling "great" per his agent.

If Adams doesnt get Boldy and Rossi then he should walk away because picks 22 & 26 are even more crapshoots in this draft. If Buffalo is going to retain any money then the price goes up exponentially. Fiala, Boldy, and the two first should be the minimum imho but i really think they could get more.

Yep it’s a perfect storm that, if the wild get eichel - it’ll basically be a 4 year tornado that will cripple the Minnesota franchise for like 7 years and crush everyone’s playing prime.
