I would run if I were the sabres. But wait for the comments “starts with Caufield or Suzuki”. This would also really hurt the Habs long term big time. The picks would probably have to be spread over a few years not just 2021 draft

Why do people confuse "stop giving us stuff we dont need and 4th liners" with "we need all your firsts and all your top players." Literally stop putting in defense prospects they dont need as the main trade value, the Sabres arent moving Eichel for dime a dozen d prospects, they need forwards

What would the actual cost be? I was wondering this when I read MTL has had talks on Eichel and I have to think KK would be most definitely included.

I assume it would have to look something like:
- Jesperi Kotkaniemi
- Jonathan Drouin + Jordan Harris
- Ryan Poehling
- 2021 1st Round Pick

I believe in KK... if he ever became the player he is expected to to that would be a tough one. I also like Poehling, and even Drouin isn't as bad as people make him out to be on this site.

I guess it all comes down to how confident are you KK can be a #1C?

If Risto is worth a 1st and a player, imagine what Eichel is worth.

Mysak and Ylönen are two decent forward prospects.

I would love for Bergevin just to take a nice long vacation til training camp. Then, come out of it with more cap space than Seattle so Ron Francis brain explodes

I wouldn't say they are A tier, more like a B-B+ tier. I can see them becoming middle 6 wingers.

Literally, they are better than most of Buffalo's prospects not named Quinn. Mysak will probably be better than Quinn
