      Why would a rebuilding team like Arizona trade off a young top-6 forward with term? It makes no sense. Phil Kessel, I could understand. Garland got traded because he is a RFA and the Coyotes weren't going to move Ekman-Larsson without him.

      I just like Dvorak, he's one of my fav players so I just wanted to see him with the isles

      looking back, i guees they did feel like giving away a young top 6 center

      I still don't understand this trade, any more than I understand the Ristolainen or Dadonov trades. I guess that Arizona management thought a 2022 first and the player that'll hit the ice in 2027 with the 2024 pick are more valuable. I think that this trade consigns the Coyotes to a top-5 pick in each of the next four drafts.
