Description

I honestly don't know what direction this team will go towards besides the "toughness" coming into the lineup I guess. All I know is the firing of Gorton and JD will haunt us as Dolan is a moron.

This is me just testing to see what it would look like. The team will most likely have more of the younger guys coming up (I hope they don't rush these guys as it never works).

We will see but all I know is that I do not want Eichel. He is too much money especially if we want to keep Mika and sign Fox to long term. This is totally hypothetical and I know it won't happen, but I just wanted to start a thread with some thoughts of what would happen....

Honestly, I have watched the kid, he just needs time to develop. He is 24 years old and if given time in the NHL he can possibly become a good player for the team. He has the tools, but under developed. I placed him there as a place holder because IDK what this lineup will look like come October.

I agree. He legit hasn't even played a full year in North America. So sign him for 900k-1mil for 2 years, getting him to 26 years old and see how he does. he has potential, just wasn't/hasn't been able to have a chance. I know we have other prospects, which this can be a cost friendly investment that can work out. If it doesn't work out, then after his 1/2 years, he will be done and that will give our D prospects the needed development they need in the AHL. I mean, put him on a 2way contract for all I care but if not given a chance, how will we know if he can be something.
