I don't think they'll OTT will give you Lazar in that package. Ryan also has NTC he won't waive them to go to NJ

I could see Ryan being happy to get a fresh start. To get him to waive the NTC though, this trade might only be possible in the off season.
Lazar is going the path of a bust for OTT. Still young though so we'll see.

So Bobby Ryan, making the same money and basically having just as bad of a chance of going deep in the playoffs, wouldn't go "home"? Ottawa and Jersey needs to add something to that picks/prospects wise but Lazar is not a crucial part of this.
