They do. They have about 10 mill if they put bishop back on ltir. Then if they trade Dobby and hand the reigns to Jake, and A. Call up Bow or B. Sign someone cheaper, it can work. Yotes can also retain some salary if needed, as Kessel has 1 year left. 6.8 with retained salary from when he went to TOR to PGH. Arizona can prob retain half if necissary and if they get enough back so, Idea: Kessel 3.4 retained (3.4 mill for 1 year) for a 2nd in 2022, 3rd in 2023, and 4th in 2022? Would that work?

LA doesn't have cap either. CGY I don't think is on Phil's list
