Don’t think so. Love kk and think he’ll be fantastic but he’s too uncertain. Romanov looks like a promising shutdown nasty d but with how much offence. Ylonen is fine but small, and the pick would probably be bad if we had Eichel

Until Montreal trades kk for Eichel I’m convinced it starts with Suzuki

Especially when we keep seeing trade offers involving Paul Byron and Ryan Poehling. Poehling has not panned out at all. He’s so underwhelming he was supposed to be the main piece of Montréal’s offer for Ryan O’Reilly. Bet you wish you hadn’t said he was untouchable then.

Montreal is a poor match for Eichel. They have 2 assets the Sabres would want and they're not trading them....
