Imagine only getting half of what Jones got. We’d need perfetti coming back in any Zach trade from Winnipeg. He’s 24 and lead defenseman in the nhl in goals 2 years ago. He’s a top defenseman not worth scraps. In comparison. Sorry.

That doesn't get you Zach Werenki, And even then the reports are he wants to play close to him near Detroit. So he's either staying in Columbus or goes home to Detroit he's very close to his family and reportedly wants to be near them full time. So Winnipeg isn't happening.

Werenski isn't on the market, Jarmo is just taking calls on him. it's no different then with Detroit and Bertuzzi he's not on the market but Yzerman is taking calls.

DOnt think that's enough for Werenski, but at the same time the jets shouldn't be dealing Heinola. They should just play the kid to see if he can get to the level of Werenski. Not saying he will but he is a highly touted prospect that Maurice refused to give NHL ice time this year
