Devils aren't paying a 3rd for your garbage.
By your description, why would the Jets consider this deal? PLD has more value than Reilly, even if he's extended.

The leafs don't need a 5 million 3rd line center. Rielly needs to be traded for a physical LW.

you can construct the lineup any way you want. Janmark, Granlund and Kerfoot can all play C.

First of all: Engvall and Mikheyev are waste, no garbage. 😏

After what PLD showed the last season, his value is not that high. Absolutely disappointment and no effort. The Leafs definitely should spend the 5 M for a decent 3rd Line center and one more D. Too big footsteps for Dermott to take on 1st D-pairing. Or do you really think that's Dubas Plan after resigning him for 1.5 M?

That is definitely something no one has ever said before. A team needs a physical LW more than an elite defenceman. Leaf fans are absolutely the worst on here.
