The wild will say pass. Not giving up our top D prospect, our elite center prospect a one and Fiala. Also fiala is not signing for 4 mil per. More like 6.5-8 per yr.

Sabres can give fiala 6-8, not a problem. Bill guerin seems to be going through a mid life crisis (see parise and suter buyouts) and in his presser he said he wants this team to not be so blah anymore. Dont be surprised if he makes a splash. And rossi does not have top value right now considering he literally just missed a full year. Same could be said for eichel so i see the argument, but eichel has proved himself in the nhl. And coming from a sabres fan who doesn't love eichel as a person, when healthy, easily one of the top 5 players in the game which makes trading him that much more negative for sabres but changes are needed
