Landeskog probably feels disrespected that he is not making over 7 million per year and then the Makar contract comes out and that frustrates him even more. He goes to Free Agency to see the offers and the Isles give him a little more but he knows the Isles have a better chance of winning a cup than the Avs and they will not disrespect him like the Avs did. At the end of the day this theory could be wrong but we will see come Free Agency Day.
