Unless Farabee breaks out in a huge way and turns into a top line level player this year, I don't foresee him getting that long of a deal at that high of an AAV. He's most likely headed towards a bridge deal.

I would be more than happy to see him have another break out year and earn that contract though lol

OF COURSE! I welcome that idea, just don't see it happening quite yet. I think he continues to take a step forward though. I will say this though, if they could sign him to a Konecny like long term deal, i'd do that in a heart beat. But something tells me his team is gonna bet on him and do a bridge deal as he is showing promise to be a really good player.

If he signed a similar deal to Konecny and they both took steps forward that would be like another 2 Couturier contracts. Although TK didn't have the year I think we all hoped he would I still feel like he played well enough for the contract he has. Wouldn't be shocked to see him look close to 19-20 TK this season
