There is a lot more value in there than you think but Toronto wouldn't offer that anyway.

Not a chance TO gives up this much for a rental. And we need to actually keep a couple firsts. I didn't mind trading this years, the next 2 or 3, no way, unless it's one hell of a player.

Liljgren and a third at most.

I hate to say it, but it's a possibility. Doubtful though.

FLA is the class of the division
TB still is a favorite
I have Toronto ranked 3 and Boston 4, but they're interchangeable depending on what BOS does in the offseason and how well their top line starts
OTT could surprise....i love what Dorian has done.
BUF, DET no chance, they're a few years away
I think the biggest disappointment will be Montreal......I think they don't come close to making the playoffs. They had a miracle run, but without a playoff calibre Price, no Weber, and questions in the lineup, I dunno.......

Just as an FYI, my ranking on MTL is based on several habs fans I know that think their team way overreached this year, Do I think they have a good young core: yes. Do I think Bergeron is gonna screw it up: Probably.
Leafs aren't missing the playoffs. That's not the issue with this core. Winning in the playoffs is.

All good, always enjoy a good back and forth respectful banter, even when it involves sarcasm and insults LOL

lots of value there, would be hilarious if they rejected an offer like this and then lost him in free agency though..

Straight value out of context is not the only consideration when making a trade. Far from it. Besides, almost all of the value here is in futures, and the Blues are playing for now.

if they arent in the playoffs by the time the deadline rolls around, and then the hypothetically dont make them, and they haven traded him, no way he comes back
