Description

Might only get 2 seasons out of the Meier trade given his 10m QO, but if the Blues strike out in FA he'd be a solid pickup. Based the return off of the recent Buch and Reinhart trades (aka wingers are never worth what we think they should be).

Thomas or Sunny could slide to 3C if Boqvist doesn't look like a player, but he was building his game by the end of last season.

Looks like a pretty good team to me. Love Meier and McCabe.

Would like to see us move on from Scandella if possible. Seems like LHD are getting solid returns and he'd be a "luxury" at this point, especially with our internal options. Dunno why Capfriendly is saying he has a full NTC here, he definitely does not.

Yep he has a 7-team no-trade list, should be navigable. Remember when Marco was amazing for like 4 games and got a 4 year deal out of it? Good times. If Blues add a LHD I agree with you, he should be moved for a pick and Walman/Mikkola/Perunovich can hold down the 3rd pair with Bortuzzo.

Yeah, Sharks surely pass. Also not a big fan of McCabe, whose puck movement game (both D exits and O entries) has fallen off a cliff the last few years.

And Boqvist is not really a C, no idea why so many places list him as a center/winger. Dude's a full on winger type with his game, and is one of the worst at taking draws I've ever seen.
