Hasn't had a major injury. Due for one as he is 35 plus now. Going to regret this signing not so far down the road.

If this is what it's going to take to catch Gretzky and leave behind a legacy as one of the greatest hockey players that mankind has ever seen ...

He's currently the Caps' best player in the playoffs, he's still registering a point a game and he's still scoring over 40 goals over an 82 game season.
