These trades are really just to see what might happen, the Tarasenko trade is an idea, as the Panthers would have to give up picks and a good prospect (Heponiemi) and Kylington might take a cut to play for a cup contending team!

I do not agree with my fellow Blues fans here. Carlsson adds nothing, he's off living life back home in Sweden (and doesn;t really do much for us anyway). Heponiemi is intriguing, but he's also like an uncooked soba noodle - 155 pounds soaking wet is not going to work here. The picks are cool on the surface, but they're delayed so long as to be annoying. The cap shed is nice, but exactly none of the actual pieces help the Blues right now. Or next year. And possibly not the year after that, as well. You're generous, but it's all the wrong kind of generous. I think you can do better than that.

I agree 100% but with Senk wanting out, this might be the best STL can get sadly, Denisenko, Lundell are both kinda non-negotiable for Senk in my opinion
