Not enough from Vegas to get Oloffson and retention along with Eichel.

Vegas underpays
If we acquire Gardiner we should bury him, he’s awful and soft on top of that

The last 2 trades are worthless to Buffalo. We eat salary but get nothing of value to do so. De Haan isn’t worth 7.5 mil for a year and Jarry is Swiss cheese in net.

If Chicago/Pittsburgh wants our help, I’d want a draft pick or two. I’d be ok with taking DeSmith who is both better and cheaper

I love that idea of Buffalo being the middle man in the Fleury trade. They have tons of cap to burn, get a goalie back who could still become an NHL starter. I'm shocked they haven't done more moves like Arizona this offseason.

Send Whitecloud from Vegas (or take out Olofsson), and ok. Get Chi 2nd, Pit 2nd picks to broker Fleury to Pitt. Use Jarry money to hire Zamboni driver.
