You’d need to up your compensation for Buffalo. A 4th and 6th aren’t even assets that would rouse any interest. Especially with the Isles being good.

Weird lines, and Suter will be more expensive than that. That said, if the Isles play it conservatively this offseason and leave 6 million in cap space for the TDL, I’d be a-okay with that. If the right guy isn’t there, Lou shouldn’t make a move for the sake of making one.

Panik makes more sense for Hynes than Grimaldi (though I prefer Grimaldi), but I would prefer just to get a pick back for him and not an older player with a more expensive contract and more term.
