Seriously. This guy's charts just make absolutely no sense and I just see them being thrown around everywhere like they're the cold hard facts.
For example, this guy's charts say that:
- Keith Yandle is an above average defenseman
- Patrick Kane is worse than 91% of nhl players
- Adam Pelech is an elite offensive defenseman
- James Neal is a defensive forward
- Tyson Barrie is only an average offensive player
- Calle Jarnkrok is terrible at offense
And that's just scratching the surface. If you're gonna use them, at least say something along with it that shows that you have at least watched the player or something, because this new trend of worshiping analytics is getting kind of silly...
