Yeah, they have around 19 mil to sign: Hughes, Petterson and Boeser. Good Luck Vancouver. Should of never traded for OEl, just garland. OEl could of probably continued the captaincy and being a decent D man in Arizona. Now he has to play in a not so great defensive team with already offensive D-men. Better if OEl would of gone somewhere like the Islanders or Florida.
