Senko deal is nice but you're underpaying for Lindholm, especially with retention.

What do you think a fair deal would be? Look at the Leddy trade. Both close in age with similar numbers/contract. 2nd for Lindholm and then throw in bellows to retain salary.

Senko for Wilde and a 2nd and 3rd to someone else for the retention, Lindholm for Holmstrom and a 1st.

Did you just compare Lindholm to Leddy? Lindholm would be the best Dman traded this offseason and you gave up a 2nd and a spare part while retaining.

"Close in age"?!?!? They're three years apart, and Hampus is better defensively. @jwg314 has it right -- Holmstrom and your 2022 first.

Leddy and Lindholm are not a good comparison. Detroit needed Leddy's experience and mentorship, so they overpaid to bring him in. Anaheim doesn't want to lose Lindholm, so it'd cost a lot more than market value to acquire him. Also, Lindholm is overall better than Leddy, so that's worth considering too.

On the other hand, you're probably a 3rd or a B/B+ prospect short on the Detroit trade. Not terribly far off, just needs a bit more value for both Hickey and Komorov.
