How much do we think point is going to get next summer? Now that we traded Johnson and Palat will be off the books we should have plenty of money. My guess is 9M for 8 years. That is in between Stamkos and Kucherov/Vasilevskiy. He probably could probably get over 10 on the open market but will probably take less like everyone else.

Any AAV under $9.5m will be a steal, but I wouldn't mind if 9.5 is the number.

If he was in Toronto he would sign for like $12.5M lol.

But yeah, I expect him to sign for $9-9.5M. Make it happen JBB, so other teams can be jealous again.
