Zeeker is probably closer to $4M cap hit but it still fits under the cap so no biggie. Would definitely be sad to see Beauvillier go but it might have to be done.

That is a Milbury type trade for the Isles to get Tarasenko.

Hard to gauge the value on Tarasenko. You have to be in the know to know what it would really take. Ex. see Fleury deal. Armstrong said doesn't mind if he stays w blues so likely have to pay for real value of Tarasenko.

Have to clear room + Tarasenko will command full value as Armstrong said he would keep him. Trade values have been all over the map this window - hard to gauge.

Very true. But if you really wanted him bad, this would get it done for sure.

Beauvillier is a core piece. If St Louis insists on getting a lot back for Tarasenko, let some other team get ripped off.

Tarasenko was offered to every team in the league at full salary and there were no takers. Lou wanted Seattle to retain $3M to even entertain a trade for him. You want to give the Isles best W and a 1st for that player, it is a horrible proposal for the Isles.
