Reilly signed for them for LESS than ESA LINDELL was SIGNED there for and they got Anders Bjork.
Who is a SOLID N lil bitty Gritty Top~9 dude who is cheap.
Cheaper than any forward upgrade they can get in freeagency.

Their cap change is +1.200 K in cap space.
Which is not a drastic rise at all.
That's like maybe a 2% maybe 3-4% decrease in available Cap Space however they can still maybe trade a bottom 6 guy for capspace.
Like, they can literally just Flip Blake Comeau N potentially get as much as a 3Nd N a decent lil prospect from some desperate team lookin add cheap depth for a cup run.

Like Tampa could be an interesting Destination N Blake Comeau an interesting Target potentially just as an example.

Even if you got allllllll this done, that team is not a contender. It's worse than last year's team by a sizable margin.
