Assuming they don't re-sign Palat, and even with Seabrook on LTIR, they have $10M remaining to sign 10 players with Sergachev, Cirelli, and Cernak due raises the following summer.

A lot of young players will be in the lineup. Raddysh, Katchouk, and Barre-Boulet probably for sure.
Fortier, Koepke, Ryfors, Somppi, and Goncalves will be fighting over differentiating themselves from the rest over the next year in the AHL.
And Joseph and Colton will probably be brought back if the price is right.

Assuming you can fit 10 players with $10M with some LTIR magic, what happens to Sergachev, Cirelli, and Cernak in 2023-24? Tampa will gain Killorn's money, but you're going to need to add $10-12M in raises between the three of those guys.
