    if we sign Tatar we should put him with Matthews/Nylander. dude is a playmaker and isnt fitted for bottom 6

    Tatar is an underpay but Saad isn't worth more than 4Mx3. I'm not even sure Saad is worth that.

    Why would he get more? He played with Kadri and Burakovski and bearly got any assists.

    Solid goal scorer and most important a solid 5v5 player, he doesn't get much time during PP and still keeps producing. He's at least worth what Hoffman got in the current market.

    He was playing with really good players last season and can't carry a line. Hoffman's shot is always dangerous regardless of who his linemates are.

    Hoffman has an asset in his shot, but he also scored 7 goals and 17 of his 36 points on PP last year. So Hoffman with his shot scored 10 goals on even strength. Saad scored 13.
