Dumping Byron will likely cost two seconds.

where do you get this from he has 3.4M Cap not a 7M cap buddy

1. It cost at least 2 seconds to dump Andrew Ladd.

2. It cost the equivalent of 2 seconds to dump 1 year of Anton Stralman.

3. If Brent Seabrook was not sent the other way, it would have cost a 1st at a minimum to dump Tyler Johnson.

4. It cost a 2nd to dump one year of Marc Staal.



There is just not enough of an incentive here to give away 3.4 million in cap space for each of the next two years to a division rival.
