I think Toronto or the Avs sign Tatar, is Saad not returning to Colorado?

Nope. Sakic said we could not bring him back with the cap restrictions.

IMO it was pretty best option of the worst case scenario. Colorado could have gotten Kuemper for cheaper prior to expansion when Zona was trying to protect him and Hill. Then Zona gets to keep Hill and Colorado doesnt waste a protection slot on a UFA goalie that went and signed with Seattle anyways

More like a little over $5M once Jost signs. Can add a Tatar and Hakanpaa hopefully
