I know it's Jack Eichel, but we can't do that to the rebuild. Also, I'd rather have a shot at Wright and Bedard (can't protect it as we'll suck in 22-23 as well) so can't trade away our 1st.

This is more a sideways compliment that Arizona has used it's cap space well enough that they could use it for Eichel and a scold for Buffalo who had more cap space than Ari but hasn't really used it in a strategic way.
