Nice trade by the Leafs, Trading for a 4m player with I believe 3 years of control for a 1.6m player who is a UFA next summer and late 2nd rounder.

LMAO obviously a bad trade. Since this is a leafs roster though, I could do Nylander + 1st for Bertuzzi and the only comments I'll get is that Detroit says no. I'm just trying to making the roster fit in the cap.

We're not trading Bertuzzi for a similar aged player, if we trade Bert it's for a much younger core player like Amirov or Robertson possibly even Nylander but not for scraps.
