Would hope that Perry signs again.

Looking at this lineup we clearly see that habs have an issue at center next year if Bergevin can't trade up for someone that can come in. Talk about Eichel, and others, hope something happens. That late signing of Hoffman on day 1 surprised us, while controversial should bee good to put up points on the board. Now Bergevin needs to figure out how to move some players or picks to get a 1st or 2nd line center.

Couldn't agree more. That center line is not solid at all. Losing Danault is a MASSIVE loss. He was balancing everything: experience, defensive ability, faceoffs. Guys like Getzlaf (aigned in ANA), Krejci (will NOT sign in MTL lol) or Statsny (re-signed in WPG) would have been great. Ahead of Hoffman actually. Hoffman is a PP sniper but a defensive liability any other time.

I'm still very sad about the loss of Danault... he was able to remove offesnive power from the opposition's best players: that's a GREAT skill.

Well... hindsight being 20/20, I've always thought that Krejci, having played 14 years for the Bruins, being the #1 rival, would have preferred to keep his relationship with the city of Boston somewhat intact for a couple of years left on the sunset of his career. Hindsight is 20/20 because he actually mentioned this morning that he was going to finish his career in his home country; good for him. Class act Krejci.

I like for the cost he sign... I was afraid that we will pay him 7M/year like mention a year ago.
Great scoring depth at a great price like Toffoli.
But we surely need Center or it will be by committee's... and really hope one of: Romanov, Wideman, Kulak.. or evenSavard would step up and carry the puck...underwise we would need someone there as well.
