I think its pretty obvious that with the decline in leverage and other teams no longer involved, that if there was deal involving Kakko for Eichel, it would be done already.

0% chance that’d be the return. Buffalo apparently was asking for Smith, Krebs, Hague, and a 1st. In fairness, the Rangers would have to bump their offer due to division rivalry. Although I will admit there are a lot of Rangers fans that overvalue some of our players, no way Drury would let this go through.

That was refuted today. Friedman said the vegas ask was definitely around krebs, but the other pieces that were suggested are wrong.

Ah, my mistake, didn’t see that. Either way as others have commented, if Kakko was in an offer, this deal would have been done already.
