It’s about contract $ and term also. You also may not realize it but Kassian has never fought Wilson in all this time. Wilson actually bullied him bad once too. Both Reaves and Tinordi will fight him regularly and combined cost less than Kassian. It’s not about Kassian having a bit more skill. It’s about cheap goons to go protect the high end skill we have

I think 5th is good enough. Marody is a very good prospect. He is a leader in AHL according and is a right shot Centre which are limited in the market

Kassian has more value. He has skill and can put up some numbers, he had a down year this year due to COVID and injury. He was really good in playoffs. Reaves is pure fighter, doesn't have much in terms of production.
