Thompson doesn't really move the needle for Bertuzzi, New Jersey fans won't like it but if Holtz, Mercer or Smith don't come back it's not really worth it. The first I don't think is as good as it was before free agency.

Noway any deal for Bertuzzi probably starts with Zacha and then some.

I'm banking on that 1st being a top 10, maybe top 15 pick, in the loaded 2022 draft (potentially yielding one of Hughes, Nazar, Casey, Luneau)

Tyce is intriguing to me because (1) he's a RH shot and (2) he's played really well in NCAA and AHL thus far with limited NHL experience. At only 22, that's a good age to get him into Detroit or GR to grow with our young core.

Tyce scored at 0.35 ppg in the AHL, he's not a NHL quality player.
