Minimal investment for one last chance. It will be interesting to see what he does with it.

If DeAngelo can get more chances, I figure that Lias will get some more too. Maybe he'll be a PTO in Toronto 5 years from now

No, but your team is trash for ruining this guy, he improved greatly and is ready to break out, so don't be surprised if you see him do well next year.

I cant see that, he's a very good hockey player who stepped up his offensive production after a good year of development, which he has clearly wasted in New York. When we received him first he was the player you know, had 1 point in 13 games, -4 rating, and was not effective on the ice. After being sent down, he worked on his game very hard and had 14 points in 14 AHL games, so they called him up and he was fantastic, 5 points in 11 games, and was one of the best players on the team, in fact, in a 4 game series against Colorado to end the season, he was the only forward that was able to create danger in the offensive zone against the stingy Colorado defense. I see Rangers fans calling him a bum literally just as I'm typing this, and I can't help but wish that he prove you guys wrong, he has the determination and the talent to do so. He's going to have a 30-40 point season.
