Would Monahan, 2022 1st, Zary, and Pelletier be of any interest for Calgary? They can probably take on Lucic too so you guys can shed more cap

Might be a bit expensive and Pelletier is probably making our starting roster out of camp.

Personally I would like to keep Lucic, we just lost our Captain and hes a great team leader

Did you forget Sutter is our coach? Pelletier starts in the AHL for sure

I doubt it, Pelletier has an excellent 2-way game. Even if he does he will be up by December at the latest

Hes also 5’9 and 160lbs. When Sutter was GM and coach before he would have rookies play in the ahl for a season, then the next season they would bounce back and forth but mainly ahl, then in the third season he would have them start in the ahl before getting called up for good. It was always a 3 years process for him. Theres a chance he has changed but for a small winger I doubt it. Believe me Id love to see Pelletier but that isnt Sutter.
