I've never watched Martin play but given it was a BriseBois and Benning trade I feel like this has to be a TBL win

Nothing. Like all "future considerations" these days. Future considerations has just became somethings that you "get" when you give a player to another team for free (there might be something like cash or ahl contracted players, but nothing of nhl value).

You never know with goalies what might happen. I remember when the Bruins brought in John Blue in 92 thinking who the hell is this guy and then a couple of months later he was found money.
