I mean depends what sandin would actually look like this season. That being said if he looks like a guy youd want to offersheet then its a guy they'd match an offersheet on. Pay barkov whatever he wants and im ok with it.

Personally, I think trying to project anything past this season is a fool's errand, way too much can change.

Definitely all for going all in on barkov, don't know if the Sandin offer sheet is the way to go. Toronto is projected to have about 13+M in cap space next season, they might have a hard time matching that without screwing their roster, all depends if Reilly gets extended or not.

I also don't know what the random other second rounder going there is for? So they don't completely hate you?

Barkov likely wouldn't sign that offer. He would probably take less to stay with his good Florida team/home.

Barkov is staying, I am looking forward to stopping seeing posts where he signs in NY, Ottawa, Detroit, etc once he re-signs
