Description
So this would only be if Fluery didnt want to play for Chicago which is unlikely. Also if Edmonton refuses the first I would accept 2 seconds, years 22 and 23.

Fleury would never lol

Sheahan is strictly AHL depth, and what do you mean Fluery would never? Wouldnt play for PIT again? He absolutely would, it would be discussed we are nothing more than a middle man to retain salary

He doesnt have a choice, I really dont think anyone will offer him a 1 way deal at this point, so having some experience with grand rapids, I think its a good fit

I really want the wings to utilize some of this cap to take on a few more bad deals or retain on some salary to get some picks or prospects, they missed out on Stralman and Johnson

Sheahan adds nothing to that agenda and considering he played "very well" ...for a 4th liner... he'll very likely get a 1 way or KHL deal komrad

One team already stole MAF this offseason. What makes you think it'll happen again?

What’s the scuttlebutt in Chicago on the possibility of Fleury retiring. You think that there is any truth in those rumors?

Thanks. I couldn’t find anything about it on the internet this morning. Will definitely make the Hawks a better team.

Some of those signings are off.

Hronek is walked straight to UFA-status, make it three years and lower salary or make it really long.

Vrána is also walked to UFA-status, sign him long term. He will also want a contract that is comparable to Mantha's (5.7 for 4 years), 5.9 for 6 years is reasonable.

Erne is overpaid, 1.5 for two or three years.

Sheahan is not a good option for GR, there will be waiver pickups that can be squeezed through without losing them even if you have to try more than one.

I totally agree with this, I think we missed out on a few opportunities to accrue some picks.
That's probably an over pay for them to dump koskinen but I would take it.
Only other opportunities I see this year are Komarov and Hickey from the islanders, unless Nashville or San Jose want to pay big time to offload a huge contract.

well, trading Kosk, i think is worth a 2nd on its own probably, and then upgrading with Greiss is a better goalie, and saves them 1m? So thats a little better than a single 2nd? so 2/ 2nds or a 1st?
