Bad deal for San Jose. Eichel doesn’t make them a contender. They need to get younger and get some prospects in their system, not blow it up and become worse.

everyone here has the right idea, Eichel is elite and can be a game changer. but the sharks need youth and entry level deals to hold them over till some of the big contracts expire. plus they don’t have the talent to surround Eichel and create a cup contender so this is an easy no. giving up 3 of our most important pieces to our future and Labanc make us weak through the rest of Eichela deal.
