I remember when Montembeault was supposed to be FLA's goalie of the future. I believed in him the whole way, but I can say that I no longer do. In theory, the fact that Montembeault is now waiver eligible could give him a legit shot to take the backup role from Knight, but I don't see that happening.

Good 3rd string goalie for the panthers. They sort of had to bring him back after losing Driedger and Levi.
