Change Tracey to a 1st and Buffalo will consider, especially if they like McTavish. I don't think Dostal needs to be included, he could also be replaced by someone of similar value. There's no reason to give your top goalie prospect to a team who's already got their future starter (Ukko-Pekka Luukonen).

I dont think Buffalo would accept. You're basically offering 3oa (and not the player they would have selected) and a bunch of other parts. Prior to the draft it started with Zegras, and it still does. Probably Comtois as well.
