That seems like a lot for Fiala. I guess any reasonable deal would be matched. Why not

This, and that there isn’t a reason to offers sheet him $7x5. Is he really worth this? The Wild certainly don’t, or they wouldn’t have asked for Arb on their end.

I don't think that anyone would do an offer sheet this off season other than on Hughes/Pettersson. There was just left over cap space and wanted to do it, that's all.
