Donato and Haglin take the same winger spot in the lineup.

I'm not sure Cizikas if is an upgrade to Rask, or enough of one to tie up near the same cap hit, but longer term.

Caps are really up against the cap so don't think it will work unless we move out Kempny or something.

That and I'm not sure where Rask fits in the lineup. He's not better than anyone the Caps currently have in the top 9, and I don't think he'd be a good option on the fourth line with Dowd and Hathaway.
