Glad to see we'll get another season of Sanford and Sundqvist. Very underrated show

It just seems like they are trying too hard to get something out of this guy. He's frequented on the 2nd line which seems like wasted potential for the younger guys who can do more. The Blues usage of this guy reminds me of Willie Desjardins sticking Megna and Chaput with the sedins.

idk, i'm usually pretty hard on Sanford, I personally wouldn't have qualified him. I think he's the product of his minutes and the team rather than his own skill.

Slight overpayment, but this isn't as bad as the votes show it here. Still a serviceable bottom 6 forward and there isn't much better they could've got on this contract anyways. I honestly think its fine given its only a one year deal anyways.

I can't wait for his 12 points in 8 games and then no points anywhere else...
But IMO for one year, I guess it's not horrid. Just means Tarasenko gets traded to make room for Thomas' new contract

Could not agree more. He's propped up by ROR and Perron and still doesn't average .50 ppg

I understand Blues fans are hard on him but he seems like an okay bottom-six guy. the only problem is this walks him straight to FA..
