I think if Rask is included in the trade, the Wild don't get the 2nd in return with Dvorak.

The picks will probably be less than 10 apart and I thought Rask bounced back a bit last season so yes I think it is fair.

Dvorak is much more valuable. He's worth a solid #1, a young player, and a young goalie.
