I guess the Leafs will get to take the next few drafts off and the Marlies will be a disaster to watch after all this.

Stars decline. For better or worse, Dallas is in win-now mode. They're not trading one of their top forwards for mid-tier prospect in a win-now season. They already have enough problems scoring as is.
