I'd say yes. Not sure Adams would be willing to move one of the few pieces of the Hall trade so fast.

Buffalo will be retaining salary on Eichel.

No they won’t. They will take back salary, but they definitely won’t retain.

I'd accept that without much hesitation which means its probably over-market value for Eichel. Although I'd hope any deal Adams would make with Eichel would be an overpayment by the other team
